The new drum transfer system
The IMS-400i has a high processing capacity of up to 400,000 tablets per hour and a capacity of up to 350,000 irregularly shaped tablets per hour thanks to our unique drum transfer system.
The drum transfer system uses specialized drums to handle tablets of various shapes, such as round tablets and irregularly shaped tablets.Even extremely powdery tablets such as uncoated tablets and OD tablets can be supplied and transferred stably, which reduces fluctuations in processing speed which are normally due to tablet shape.
The drums can be stacked for storage. In addition, the space required for storage has been reduced by 50% compared to our conventional printer, allowing for compact storage.
Recirculating Inkjet Head
Ink constantly circulates inside the inkjet head to prevent the nozzle from clogging, eliminating the need for long-term ink cleaning and reducing operating costs. In addition, since an automatic cleaning unit is built into the machine, there is no need to remove the inkjet head.
The IMS-400i uses quick-drying ink which is highly visible even in small amounts.
Even when using the same density as conventional ink, our ink prints darker and clearer.
