Effects of the Great East Japan Earthquake

 

Dear valued customer,

We at Qualicaps would like to express our deepest sympathies for the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake, and our hopes for a speedy recovery.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain about the situation here at Qualicaps. Our plants and sales offices escaped damage in the earthquake, and are operating as normal. Supply has not been affected.

However, the state of the roads means that we may not be able to meet all demand in some cases. We are working in close quarters with freight companies to make the best of the situation, and we humbly request your understanding and cooperation for the time being.
